Where do you ship to?
We ship anywhere in the US, Alaska & Hawaii included.
Shipping in the US is based on the weight of the products in your cart. For more details about shipping options and shipping times, please read our "Shipping & Returns" information.
How long does it take to ship an order?
We are a one woman team! We ship according to how orders arrive and become ready to ship. We place what is immediately available on this website so that we can avoid any delay in your pieces. We do take Custom Orders, which may vary in time frames to when the project would be finished. We will be working diligently to try to keep our page updated but please be understanding that some items might not be available to you instantly and might need to be
restocked before shipping to you.
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Shipped depending on the size, order type, custom item time schedule, or around my schedule. Please keep in mind some orders may take longer to
ship due to the type of product or a high volume of orders, or simply because we are a small business and need the extra day!

What do I do if I'm not happy with my order?
Well first off we are sorry to hear you are unhappy with the result of
your order. If there is a problem with your products , please contact us immediately after receiving it and send photos of what specifically is wrong with the item. While we do not offer returns, we do consider
exchanges, we are committed to making things right if the issue is a mistake on our end. We want you to be happy with the product you receive so please feel free to reach out with issues that might cause you to not use this product.
